Default Show me an estimate from my competitor and I'll beat his price.

Is this kind of ad a good idea? Will it tick off the competition? What are your thought?

Regardless of what everyone thinks, price is most time not the determining factor. You want to sell YOU. When the trust is built with the customer many times they will pay more.

Default Cut Throat

Do on to others that you would want them to do on to you!

You will get a bad name in your area. You never know when you will need help from some other LMO. Just bid the job on what your times worth. If you get it great. If not its not worth your time to do it. There is plenty of properties out there.
