Thumbs down Rose Bushes

I have a client who wants his rose bushes transplanted from his back yard to his front yard. How should I go about doing it and when in the year is the best time to do this?

I would transplant the roses in late winter, just after they have been pruned.Rememder always prepare the holes first so they feel comfortable in their new home.I was lucky enough to pick up 7 roses out of 1 of my customers gardens as she did not want them anymore. So I on-sold 6 to another client and keep 1 which is Black .I have been after 1 of these for years.Thats the beauty of been in this business.
