I've been considering purchasing a Kubota ZD 28 pro mower but I found out about the new 300 series the other day. Has anyone tried any of these new mowers yet? The new ZD 331 has 31 hp and some refinements as well as, of course, a refined higher price tag.

I've been able to find a couple of sites posting specs already but one of the dealers that I talked to said that they would not be officially unveiled until March or April. Does anyone else have some preliminary information that might aid my decision?

I JUST BOUGHT 2 OF THE 331 TODAY, THEY ARE NICE, BUT AS U SAID ABOUT A $1000 MORE THAN THE ZD28. MY DEALER SAID LAST NOV IT WOULD BE MARCH BEFORE THEY CAME IN BUT CALLED TODAY TO GET HIM TO FIND ME 2 ZD28 AND HE SAID HE HAD THE 331s SO I TAKE OFF AND SURE ENOUGH. THEY ARE NICE THOUGH, QUIETER, WIDER PLATFORM, EASY DECK ADJUSTMENT, FOOT BRAKE EASY SET, LOTS OF UPGRADES. I AM TRADING 2 5 YEAR OLD ZD28s SO HE MADE ME A GREAT DEAL, AND I BOUGHT THEM ALSO THEY HAVE 0% FOR 24 MONTHS. IF YOU WANT NEED MORE INFO, GIVE ME A SHOUT, shingleclean@bellsouth.net JAMIE
