I am looking into starting up a lawn care. I have purchased some books on landscaping businesses. They have a lot of information but I need a little more.I was wondering what are some of the first steps that you guys think that I should take? What is the best way of advertizing that you guys have found? What are some go programs for running a lawn care business? I heard about Golpher? Not sure. Could you guys please help me?

You are already on the right start by getting info about the field. Also talk to other companies in your area and see how they are doing. It is a great field to be in. But there is a lot of people doing it now days. Pass out cards in neighborhoods, put them on bulletin boards in places that are in your area and etc. Dont get to far over your head and invest too much at first. Hope this works for you.
