Default Pricing for year long agreements

I have gone thru the forum and have a good idea of what to charge per cut - maybe.
I notice that most of you are in colder regions and could not possibly be mowing all year long. Down here (Florida) it is common to have yearly agreements and I was wondering if the $1.00 a minute applies if you are cutting for the year or if it is just for the summer.

For an example I am working on a quote for a prospect that has about an acre to mow. It is also fenced in so I will have to weed eat the perimiter. With the standard $1.00 a minute that would be about $80.00 a week. Thats $320.00 a month. Now in the fall and winter I would only be there once or twice a month. $320.00 a month seems high to me.
