can i start my business in florida now and do alright at it being its october?

That depends on how much money you need each month? It is very hard picking up accounts between October and March. You might have to buy some to get in some neighborhoods? Then when people see your work they might ask for a bid. Try talking to as many lawn guys you can and ask for anything they might not want anymore or if their rout is full. Check at your local mower shop and let them know you need accounts. They might have a board you can post about needing accounts?

Kendal, It is hard to get business in the fall. Bout the only thing you will get now is leaf removal,gutter cleaning,mulch, pine needle, and other odd jobs. No contracts that will help keep you going. Most of your business comes in from March-April and some of may. Hope this helps!
