I came across a problem I have never heard of. I use a 36" Toro Hydro Recycler W/B. It is only 1 1/2 years old. I put some new OEM blades on and every time I would turn it would leave a mohawk of grass. But it would cut fine in a straight line. I took it in to be checked out. The mower shop was telling me the blades were 1/16 of a inch short each. But the rest of the mower checked out fine. They told me to take them back to where I bought them. The other Toro dealer. I did and the owner said he has never heard of the happening when turning. He even called the toro rep and he hasn't heard of that happening.

So after checking every kind of blade toro has ( 4 different styles for that one mower ). I have to use the OEM recycler blades. All the others will do the same striping when you turn. So if anybody has a toro recycler I hope that helps you out. Stefan
