OK, I have a commercial walk behind mower. It is a 32" 10.5hp Briggs & Stratton engine. After mowing a few lawns, my mower has trouble starting up again. It keeps trying to start, but just doesn't kick it all the way. What can be the problem? P.S. The mower is less than a year old.
Thanks! Nick Herweck ![]() |

Gas? Gas Line? Gas Line Filters?
Throttle/Choke placement from lawn to lawn? Air Filter? Spark Plug? Check these out.

Try to take apart the Carberator and clean it, it's unlikely. But if you didn't drain the fuel out of it in the fall, it' probably gooood up.

I would suspect a fuel issue. when it's warm, have you tried starting it on choke?
does it start up well when it's cold? have you checked the spark plug, and battery (if you have one)? |

Check the carb and always drain all old fuel out at the end of the season.
