Glad you joined. I have had this forum up about 3 days. You are one of the first members of this site. I am wanting to to build this site to help many lawn care professional come together and grow their business and pass on my knowledge of what I have learned. Maybe it can save someone money and time. I am in Memphis, TN. How may accounts do you maintain and the number of your employees?

I am a part time LCO. I maintained about 10 or 12 accounts last year. About half that are my full time accounts. I am hoping to double that this year. I did very little advertising last season. My accounts came from door hanger flyers and on site visits to a couple of commercial properties. I want to build the business slow and see where it goes.

Thanks Kevin, business is great, tons of snow this year so it's been a profitable winter. Spring looks like it will be a little late this year but it will give me plenty of time to do some target marketing.
