Default Back 2 The Beginning

Hello,

My name is Robert Gustafson and I am Landscape Architect. As a young kid I mowed lawns for a local realtor and it was beginning of my career.

I love the smell and look of a freshly cut lawn and the work never bothered me, afterall, I was my own boss.

Just recently I purchase a used push mower with the " Classic" Briggs and Stratton engine. I was looking for an older engine model similiar to the one I had as kid but that was like 15 years ago. Anyhow I bought a new blade, plugs, govenor spring, and changed the oil and mowed the lawn at our newly rented house for the first time in about 10 years....me mowing...not that the lawn had been unmowed for tens years....but I did have a few experiences mowing that seemed like more of a combine job....and I am from the midwest, Minnesota.

It was great...the noise and walking...and sweating....a total thereaputic mind bath...to drown out the rest of the world...and get some exercise.

I forgot that it was fun to mow and it maid me think about starting my own business mowing lawn...something I like to do...

I am going to start my own business...mowing lawns...back 2 the beginning. I think this forum will be a fun place to get advice...

-Robert
